Antique Chatelaine Coin Purse, Mother of Pearl, Hand Made

Antique chatelaine coin purse that has Mother of Pearl on both sides, and a accordion pleated paper interior.  These were popular in the 19th century, and were meant to attach to a chatelaine, which is a belt worn around a lady's waist.  This coin purse measures 2 1/2" across, 1 3/4" high, and is attached to a chain.  You can see the red lining from the outside, and the condition of the inside is very fragile.  Great gift for the collector!
