Gently used Antique Carl Thieme Dresden German Porcelain Man Shearing Sheep Carl Thieme Antique Collectible Dresden style Maker's mark 1888-1901 Shears have missing paint--see pictures for examples Sheep has repair/wear to ear--see pictures for examples Shows wear consistent with age--see pictures for examples Approximate measurements--see last pictures for examples Some flaking paint on the sheep's tail--see pictures for examples Tree stump has chip or a missing piece--not sure which--see pictures for examples Small area of black paint missing from man's left shoe--see pictures for examples There is crack that does not go all the way around the man's leg--don't know what it is--see pictures for examples From my Internet research, I "believe" this to be a Carl Thieme from 1888-1901 piece based on the maker's mark on the bottom, but I am not an expert. May be dusty/dirty from being stored
