Antique CHINA Secessionist Teapot Woven Bamboo Handle Art Nouveau

I only found one like this (already sold-see photo.) It was described as Secessionist brass and silver plate. I am not an expert in Chinese antiquities and do not know what the metal content is. Teapot measures approximately 9” wide x 6” tall. CHINA stamped on the bottom.
