Shabby chic antique southern Blue Ridge Pottery ‘Rose Grace’ pitcher. Pleasant rich maroon mauve glaze. The pitcher has embossed floral scroll pattern in the round. The pattern is reminiscent of a fleur-de-lis fern. The handle has a daisy chain of flowers along it. Scalloped edge and a high stylized spout. Can be used as vase for a bouquet of flowers (sweet housewarming gift), display with other red ware pottery, cooking show / blog prop, vintage kitchen aesthetic, shabby chic / country style decor. Size: 6.5” tall (to top of spout) x 7.5” diameter (spout tip to outermost edge of handle) x 5.5” widest diameter of body. Condition: Chippy antique condition. Has one medium sized chip to rim. Crazing throughout. Small (older) losses of glaze to spout edge. Charming for a certain aesthetic.
