Antique Bavarian Floral hand painted plate Gold Rim Marked RS Germany

Absolutely lovely RS Germany cake plate in a rose pattern! The pink and yellow roses are in a sweet pastel color pallet against slightly more vibrant leaves and white flowers, giving this plate a beautiful dimension! The edge and handles are bordered by gold gilt. With lots of research, the RS Germany back stamp does, in fact, appear genuine, also indicating its antique age (1900 - 1920.) Measures 9 3/4'' from handle to handle. In excellent antique condition with some typical rubbing of gold edging. The items we sell are not new. They are vintage and have lived previous lives.
