This is an antique ring, featuring an amethyst and pearls on either size. The gold is an old-time filigree with a little verdigris in it. This is not really gold but either gold filled or gold tone. It is very wearable and comfortable and features a gold tone interior band to make the ring smaller, see photos. With this band the ring is a size 6 so probably a 6.5 or 7 if you remove the band. In fairly good shape, 1 of the pearls is missing.
