Antique 19th Century Earthenware Luneville France Jester Bamboo Figurine Measures: 8.5" tall x 5.5" wide x 3" Marked 77/hh? with Engraved Number 2250 ( please note the second 2 looks like a 7 or a 9 as well and may have been an altered stamp strike ) Period Piece from East France. Bamboo earthenware shoots are hallow and may have been used as candle sticks. Hand Painted. Slight chip along edge of tallest bamboo stalk and on yellow Jester cap.
