Antique 1930s Maud Tousey Fangel "Baby in Rocking Chair" - Antique Frame

This is a TRUE antique - most likely only Antique collectors would appreciate? The 1930s Lithograph has been in the 1930s (or older) frame .... untouched since. I did some "wiping" to areas in the frame to show the color and carving underneath. The lithograph has 2 small areas of water spots at the very bottom (difficult to notice) The frame measures 20.25" x 14.75" x 1" and holds 13" x 19" ****Please see last pic to price compare this same piece***
