Antique 1920s Whiting and Davis Mesh Wristlet

This is a must have for any serious collector of the early 20th century! A popular purse brand with actresses, flappers, and "well dressed women everywhere". This wristlet is perfect for carrying the few essentials while out on the town for the evening. Made of soldered mesh, patented, it is made with silver and then toned gold. A beautiful zig zag fringe adorns the bottom, giving the most wonderful swish. The clasp works very well and is accented with a blue cabochon stone (sapphire colored glass). There is some loss to the toning and the bottom of the band is a little loose, showing the rivet (pictured). Discolorations as shown. Will be shipped in an anti-tarnish jewelry bag. Overall, still in good, working condition.
