Antique 1920s Silverplated Engraved Art Deco Belt Buckle

This is a 1920s belt buckle with a beautifully engraved silverplated front. The back is marked 1/10 Sterling Front, and only a small amount of the plating has worn off of the front. A substantial amount of plating has worn off of the back and the loop. The loop is marked Nickel Silver and is patented Jan. 18, 1921. Overall, the buckle is still in rather good shape for its age and was found at a local estate sale. Approximate Dimensions: 1.8in x 1.25in
