Antique plate, Martha Washington, Flow Blue china, made in England, approximately 9 inches in diameter. Chain link around rim with states. Center MW initials in gold. Marked: Made in England in blue, Clifford Black & Co, Malden, Mass in black. Made in the 1890s, turn of the century 1900s, this reproduced an even earlier pattern originally made in 1790. Clifford Black & Co in Malden, MA, was a home furnishings store in business at least during 1900-1910s. Good condition, no chips, no cracks, good gold decoration.
