Antique 1853 Love Token Stamped with Letter B

An antique seated Liberty dime from 1857 engraved with the letter B in a gothic script. Liberty dimes are made from 90% silver so were traditional canvases from engraving one’s loved one’s initials or name. This token has quite a bit of scratching to the side with the B. It is especially noticeable when it catches the light. It’s still a beautiful piece, but it has wear, as it is an antique and the engraving was handmade. Approx 5/8”.
