Antique 14k White Gold Filigree Shell Cameo Ring

What an incredibly lovely antique cameo ring! Crafted in 14kt white gold filigree with an ornate design on the side, this ring features a rectangular design with a nicely carved cameo of a woman's head in profile. The cameo is in great condition with no chips or stress cracks. It is tightly set in the bezel. The ring is a size 4 1/2 and can be sized by your jeweler if desired. Perfect pinky ring!
