Ties at split neckline. 21" across bust, 19" across waist, 15" slits at sides of bottom. Wavy lettuce style edging. 26" sleeves from shoulder seam. Sleees are bell shaped. 39" long. Would also be great as a dress but it's sheer so with a slip something underneath.
