Anthropology peplum blouse (shirt)

Black an white stripes and polka dots make this button up blouse super fun and unique. 3/4 sleeves are 18” from the shoulder. Waist 16” laying flat. This is “lucky” blouse - I did wear it ones to the interview and got the job! Size S. 97% cotton, 3 spandex. Machine wash cold. In perfect one-time worn condition.
