A very pretty Navy Blue polka dot dress! Made with 100% recycled polyester. The upper bodice is very sheer. Elastic waist gathers the permanent pleating of the skirt. The skirt is fully lined in a lightweight solid navy. Upper bodice has pretty detailing, especially at the shoulders! Like new, except!! I just discovered a tear at the hem in back. See fifth photo and my notes below.

1girligirl @papagordo Isn’t this pretty? It truly is! Armpit to armpit measurement is 22”. The waist elastic without stretching is 12’’ and then stretches accordingly. From the elastic waist, the length of the internal lining is 19” to hem. From the elastic waist, the length of the outer pleated skirt is 22”. And, whoops!! I just discovered a tear in the outer skirt in the back!! It measures 1/2 by 1 inch. It will take a photo and post now. Also, I will lower the price by 50%.
