Anthropologie/Maeve Velvet bias cut skirt

I bought this skirt and never wore it! Just found it when cleaning out my closet. a little rumpled, but perfect condition, smoke free home. Waist measurement 18" and the other is widest part of the hip. Elastic waist, very soft and great for fall
