What material is the vest made of? Any holes, stains or tears in the fabric? Smoke free home? Thank you!

Hi @sarahjean76! The vest is made of 100% silk. It's been housed in an absolutely smoke free house. There are no stains I can see, but just in case you spot something I'm happy to lower the cost by $7 to cover dry cleaning if needed.
