Anthropologie silk ruffle vibrant floral dress with pockets and flutter sleeve

I love this dress ! It’s delicate, vibrant, lightweight and still in amazing condition. The outside is silk and the lining is polyester. There is a tie that goes to the side and pockets on both side as well.
