Anthropologie rayon blouse top in a rich indigo

This top is used but still in good shape, just too small for me. Dainty in the arms and officially a size ‘small,’ it fits more like an extra small with decent stretch all over though. Measurements, including sleeves, in the photos. Very cute with jeans or a skirt.
