Anthropologie polka dot cropped blouse

Anthropologie black/white polka dot blouse with black buttons, a small hook closure at the bottom, and built-in tie at the front. Semi-cropped look. Kimono sleeves. Never worn as it was too small for me - no tags attached. 100% viscose. Shoulder to bottom is 17." The band at the bottom is about 15" and no stretch.
