@gbeschaefer I think it could be. The dress has a solid V neck front with the ruching that then goes across that. The ruching is very easily moved, and on me, I can easily pull down the v neck as well. I also have this dress in blue so I’m going to add some photos for you in case that will help!

@gbeschaefer laying flat the dress measures 12 inches across. Easily pulling it goes to 15 and pulling hard it goes to 19.

@gbeschaefer I’m a ten in pants and 4-6 on top. I can’t wear most of my dress right now unless it’s a loose style and then I’ll belt it. The blue dress that I tried on to take a photo of the top was snug around my waist but the skirt was fine. Still fit loose and looked like it’s supposed to. Sorry it’s not a straight forward answer! I have an hourglass figure and any weight I gain all goes to my butt so A line styles are my friend 😀
