Anthropologie floral off shoulder top in size S

Brand is haryln from Anthropologie. Great condition - only worn a few times. There are straps and then a ruffle that makes this off shoulder (look at second pic). This falls on the shoulder. The material is polyester and the shirt is full lined. Length is 21 inches from top of the straps. Bust is about 38 inches - it’s intended to have a loose fit.
