Never worn, new no tags, just no longer my style Velvet wrap blazer jacket/wrap top by Ett:twa anthropologie. Has a collar and has 2 buttons to wrap across the front. Slit is not low so can be worn as a top. Size 4, fits a xs or small, maybe a medium if you don't have wide shoulders.
