Anthropologie dress

This cute little cutout dress is made of soft cotton. I have never worn the dress (bought it expecting to lose weight and never did), but it’s perfect for casual outings or nighttime fun. Dress it up or dress it down! The center opening is flexible so it can be large or small. The dress is still online full price, I just can’t return it because I tore off the tags thinking I was going to keep it.
