Anthropologie dress - cut out, tie back

Reposhing this item I purchased from @charlottemaura. Love it, but not the best fit for me. Tags were cut out as pictured and while it fits me I wish I had just a bit more room. This would be perfect for a true size 0 and chest size wouldn’t matter as you can adjust to account for small or larger bust. Questions? Leave a comment below!
