The black cotton fabric has a nice ribbed texture- that almost looks like seersucker or ticking fabric. Size 10. Double button and metal zip rear closure with piping at waist and along scalloped closure. Fully lined in cotton with pretty matching yellow cotton lace. Cute detail.
