Anthropologie White and Blue Striped Dress

From the Beach Collection at Anthro! Wore to work once but decided it wasn't quite my style. The stripes are super flattering and slimming and the material is a little thicker so you can wear from early spring to mid-fall! The sleeves fall a bit above the elbow on me and a bit below my fingertips in length (I'm 5'2"). It's a bit form fitting, but definitely appropriate for workwear and/or casual.
