llc924 @l_mo2016 hey! So sorry I haven’t gotten you the measurements yet. Yes, the waistband is kind of hidden by the top piece. It’s an elastic waist. Very forgiving!

llc924 @l_mo2016 it is actually a dress with the cream piece attached on top. I believe on the shoulders. The bodice of the actual dress part is stretchy fabric, so it accommodates any bust size. There isn’t any stretch in the cream top piece, but it isn’t super fitted.
