Anthropologie Velvet brand dress petite xs or s

The beauty is in the simplicity of this gray dress by Graham and Spencer Velvet. Size is petite. Dress is Lined other than the sleeves. 100% cotton. Bought used on eBay but never wore because it's too snug on me. If anyone has a larger size (small or maybe even medium), I'd happily buy it! Please ask all questions prior to purchase.
