Tikirani Dress

Tikirani layered metallic polka dot dress sold by Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie. Three layers- Base layer is solid blush pink. Middle layer is slightly longer than rest to reveal pretty little metallic polka dots on mesh. And top layer is plain black sheer. Has skinny straps that can easily be tucked in to make it strapless also. Ribbon defines waist. Knee length. Very classic, vintage feel.
