Reposhing this item I purchased from @amberlea2018. This is an absolutely gorgeous Selkie dress, and while my other Selkies are smalls, this is super tiny and did not fit. Please refer to the empire waist measurement for reference. It is indeed a size Small, but wanted to show the measurement so you could be sure this will work for you.
