This is the prettiest dark bright periwinkle colored dress. It is fitted with the perfect amount of stretch. It is very flattering and does not accentuate the mid-section. The hem comes right above my knee and for reference I am 5'4". The button on the right side is a bit loose but it is easily fixable. The price is lowered to reflect the button looseness.
