Excellent condition Cotton spandex blend Gorgeous eyelet ruffle around the chest Elastic around the top so chest measurement is unstretched Halter style straps that tie in the back to make it super adjustable Very clean which is hard to find with white! Only flaw is the loop is missing at the back above the tag where the strings go through to tie in a bow. The loop was cutoff so that the straps could be tied behind the neck instead as shown in the picture on the mannequin. You would never know there was supposed to be a loop on the back.
