This romper was made for summer cookouts and beach parties. Red and white print with spaghetti straps and wrap front with modesty snap. Side pockets and elastic waist with string tie. 100% rayon. Size Large. Flat measures: 20” across bust from underarm to underarm. The waistband is elastic plus a drawstring, and without stretching it measures 15” across, but could accommodate up to about 17-18” across when stretched.
