Anthropologie Silk Cutaway Back Dress

Purchased this years ago and is a very interesting raw fabric. It is a beautiful cut with ruching on the sides of the skirt with pockets. The black waist ribbon has some bleeding into the fabric and can probably be cleaned up. Dress is in good condition.
