Anthropologie Ruffle Smocked Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kristendallo. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! This is a cute top, but I bought the wrong size. The top runs a bit generous IMO due to the great amount of stretch. It is hard to tell in the pictures, but this hits me just below the bellybutton/top of hip. Measurements are approximate - bust 17" - very adjustable with the tie waist / middle tier 16" bottom / lower tier 17"
