This pleated maxi skirt is by the brand Staring at Stars and was purchased from Anthropologie. It is a beautiful royal blue color and features tight pleats that gradually loosen towards the bottom of the skirt. It has a beautiful whimsical look and is definitely a statement piece that can dress up any look. Tag says L and would fit anywhere from an 8-12. There a few tiny spots on the front that are hardly noticeable with the pleats, as pictured.
