@sfortenb Hi did you want the measurement approx 2" below waist? Otherwise fabric is sort of loose and full skirted or do you want me to stretch it out toward the bottom and measure that?...I will probably not be at my inventory until tomorrow. 🌼

@jennine_eva I was trying to figure out if I would need a small or medium. The waist is a tad small for me but it sounds like the elastic is pretty stretchy? It also sounds like they’re quite flowy so the hips may not be an issue.
