What is the waist and hip measurements?

@lilaccrane Sorry for the delay in responding. This skirt measures 15” at the waist while flat and is quite stretchy. The hip measurement is difficult because it stretches due to the pleats and will accommodate a curvy figure if needed. I hope this is helpful.
