Anthropologie Pankaj & Nidhi navy blue skirt Size 14

Item has been worn 5 tines. Size zipper on the left side. The flowers on the skirt really pop and look handmade. Skirt is a little heavy based on the materials, waist band is not stretchy so it's a bit more cinched.
