Anthropologie Odille Polka Dot Winged Victory Bustier Top - 4

Gorgeous strapless top in black with tan polka dots. Pleated detail at front. Boning in bodice. Zipper back. Silicone gripper strip around top. Missing the original sash belt - it was missing when I got it and I just used a belt I already had when I wore it. There is no stretch. It is in nearly new condition having only been worn a couple times. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 16" Waist - 13.75" Length - 16.5" from middle front to bottom My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist. This DID NOT fit the mannequin. It wouldn't zip closed. I pinned it just to show the way it would fit.
