This is a beautiful skirt by Odille. With a Floral silk outside, and velvet stripes to add more texture! The flowers have a slight sparkle to them that isn’t too overwhelming! The top of the skirt has a little bit of stretch. Bias cut so it will hug your body. This skirt is from 2005.
