Navy blue silk button front, tie-waist tunic by Alabama Project from Anthropologie. Short sleeves with a rough finished edge. Sheer and flowy. Small part of the double hem has opened on the right side just under the waist belt, but there is no hole in the fabric. See photo for details. Purchased new from Anthropologie by me. Worn only a few times. Non-smoking home.
