winmo1 @indyrunner76 at the largest part of the cup, laying flat, it measures 15". At the seam under the chest, it measures 14". There is some elastic give in the back of the bust. The hips are full as it A-lines out after the empire waist.

sonnysmom77 I found more photos of this dress on Tradesy and it shows it as strapless. Are the straps in your photos the ones intended to use for a hanger or are they actually part of how the dress stays on? Thanks!

winmo1 They were added after by a seamstress to provide a little extra support. They can be easily removed if you don't like them and/or need the support.
