Anthropologie Mermaid Niagara Scallop Romper

So, so cute for summer! In great, used condition. - 2 side pockets - 2 butt pockets - Adjustable straps - Side zipper - Black scalloped bottom There appears to be a blemish on the front right thigh area (shown in the last picture). I am super careful with my clothing so not sure what it is or what happened...it is slightly reddish so possibly came in contact with something that had a bit of bleach? It is hardly noticeable unless you are looking. I lightened and really zoomed in for the pic.
