Anthropologie Meadow Rue Throughway Tiered Tank M

Navy polkadot knit w/ a chiffon floral overlay exposed green zipper antique hardware in the back Size Medium 2 lines on the sheer material that seems to be a pull in the fabric, but no sign of a loose thread or such. Polka dot fabric has "soft" look from washing- see pic. Tiny part of neck line is coming unseamed. Needs a stitch or two. (last pic. is same style different fabric design) Bust- 18.5" Length- 24" Mesurements taken flat and are approximate. All offers welcome
