This is the cutest, easy to wear polka dot top by all our favorite, Anthropologie. I love the flattering v-neck with ruffles with a button line up the fronts it’s black and white making it an easy to wear top. Super soft and great material! Size 4 and fits true to size (small). Excellent condition.
