Saw this skirt on the shop girl at Anthro and was INSTANTLY obsessed. Rose gold metallic pleats shimmer when you move and reveal a gauzy floral pattern beneath. Just gorgeous. Waistband is blue velvet, and not elasticated. Zip and hook closure in back. New with tags.
