Zips up the side and ties on the back Feminine yellow flower pattern with green leaf accent. It's 33 inch chest and 27.5-inch waist The dress measures 38 inches from top to bottom It is lined. The underslip is torn along the seam on the right side. It doesn't affect the look of the dress. I don't sew, so I would wear it as is. But maybe an easy fix since generates on the seam I'm thinking.
